At the fall, 2016 membership meeting, the members approved a $78.00 per lot
assessment to pay for the new concrete pad, culvert and sidewalk, the roof
and siding on the maintenance building and and the lining for the water tower.
This assessment must be paid by May 31, 2017.
A $20 late fee will be assessed if not paid by the due date.
